Job Summary
Help facilitate Session 1, 2, and 3 by completing the following tasks: place the room signage in the proper location, test the A/V equipment prior to the start time of each session, adjust the room temperature and lighting, introduce the speaker at the beginning of each session, distribute handouts for the speakers, monitor the start and end time for each session, help guide attendee questions to the end of the session if they become disruptive, tidy up the room after each session, and return materials to the Help Desk Area located in the Prince George’s Room SU-1210 at the end of the day.
Session 1 │ 11:15 am-12:30 pm
Session 2 │ 1:45 pm-3:00 pm
Session 3 │ 3:15 pm-4:30 pm
