What is an unusual edible? To someone who has never planted a vegetable garden, even lettuce is unusual, but experienced gardeners are always looking for something a bit different. Add interest to your vegetable and fruit garden by growing unusual varieties of kitchen garden stalwarts and  exotic edibles. We'll complete the adventure by sharing recipes to augment your culinary repertoire.
